The Textron Aviation Employees Club is a non-profit, member owned organization. Our mission is:
“To provide our members, their families and retirees with the facilities and activities for health, fitness and fun. We will always strive to encourage and promote family oriented activities at reasonable cost to our members.”
The club is governed by a 16 member Board of Directors elected by the members from the membership. Administered by an executive director and staff.

EMPLOYEES CLUB GUEST POLICY
*If the Employees Club member is single, they can bring in two guests per visit:
One for free, one for $5.00. Guests must be accompanied by member.
*If the Employees Club member is married, spouse is free. They can bring in two guests
per visit: guests will have to pay $5.00 each and must be accompanied by member.
Spouse does not need to be accompanied by member.
*Children of Employees Club members 14 years of age or older are allowed one guest per visit for $5.00.
*CHILDREN OR DEPENDENTS ARE DEFINED AS PERSONS IN THE HOUSEHOLD THAT ARE CLAIMED ON EMPLOYEE/MEMBERS TAXES.
*Guests are allowed in Fitness Classes.
*Employees Club members caught fighting at the Employees Club will be suspended for one year.
*Employees Club guests caught fighting will not be allowed to return.
