BOOT CAMP THURSDAYS!  DECEMBER 14TH AT 11:30 AM AND 5:10 PM
SWEAT IT OUT-WORK IT OUT-BURN CALORIES AND FAT WITH THIS INTENSE BUT DO-ABLE BOOT CAMP CLASS.
THE CLASS WILL UTILIZE BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES, BATTLING ROPES, KICKBOX BAG, MEDICINE BALLS,
AGILITY LADDERS, KETTLE BALLS AND MORE.

Exercise at the West Fitness Center to earn a “sweat slip” to put in a drawing for a chance to win:
A REPLICA OF THE LEG LAMP FROM A CHRISTMAS STORY!!
One “sweat slip” is allowed per day.  For every day you come in, you increase your chances to win!
Drawing will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017. You do not have to be present to win.
