One “sweat slip” is allowed per day. For every day you come in, you increase your chances to win!

30 Min blast that burns calories, increases muscle endurance
and flexibility. Utilizes Muscle Pump and Circuit format. Get it all in 30 minutes!
All classes conclude with toning for abs/back and relaxing stretches.
